für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Dem Kläger wird gestattet, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in
Höhe von 1.400,00 DM abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der
Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch in Form einer selbstschuldnerischen
Bankbürgschaft einer deutschen Großbank oder öffentlichen Sparkasse
erbracht werden.
