hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren gem. § 495 a ZPO am 12. März 2003

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte zu 1. wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 92,02 EUR nebst 5 % Zinsen

über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.02.2002 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die

Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Berufung wird nicht zugelassen.
