Soweit der Rechtsstreit nicht teilweise übereinstimmend für erledigt erklärt worden ist, wird der Beklagte verurteilt, an die Klägerin Euro 674,99 nebst 5 Prozentpunkte Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz aus Euro 4.263,57 vom 13.05.02 bis zum 27.06.02, aus Euro 973,41 vom 28.06.02 bis zum 01.12.03 und aus Euro 674,99 seit dem 02.12.03 zu zahlen; im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
