hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren aufgrund des Sach- und Streitstandes

vom 15. September 2005

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 919,40 € nebst Zinsen in

Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit

dem 11.08.2001 sowie Mahnkosten in Höhe von 6,07 € zu zahlen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Klägerin 10 % und der

Beklagte 90 % zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Beide Parteien dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in

Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden,

wenn nicht jeweils die Gegenseite vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in

gleicher Höhe leistet.
