Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.406,05 EUR zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.11.2005 zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des insgesamt vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
