The Düsseldorf Local Court recorded the parties’ settlement in a tenancy dispute. I.
Die Beklagten verpflichten sich, bis zum 31.Oktober 2008 die 4-Zimmer-Wohnung im Hause I-Straße, 4. OG rechts, in E zu räumen und geräumt und besenrein an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
II.
Falls die Beklagten vor dem 31. Oktober 2008 ausziehen, verpflichten sie sich, dies der Klägerin mindestens einen Monat vor dem Auszug mitzuteilen.
Die Parteien sind sich einig darüber, dass eine Mietzahlungsverpflichtung der Beklagten mit dem Ende des Monats, in dem sie ausgezogen sind, entfällt.
III.
Die Klägerin verpflichtet sich, an die Beklagten binnen vierzehn Tagen ab heute eine Umzugsbeihilfe von 2.000,00 Euro zu zahlen.
IV.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits und des Vergleichs werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

The defendants must vacate and return the apartment by October 31, 2008, give one month’s notice if leaving earlier, and owe rent only through the month of departure.
