für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.826,06 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 03.01.2008 sowie weitere 229,55 Euro zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 55 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 45 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für den Kläger jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages. Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils gegen ihn vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leisten.
