Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage wird der Kläger verurteilt, an die Beklagte zu 2) 531,17 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz ab 4.2.2009 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von
110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
