hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

im schriftlichen Verfahren gemäß § 128 Abs. 2 ZPO

nach Schriftsatznachlass bis zum 21.2.2011

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die in der Eigentümerversammlung der WEG Xstraße in X am 11.5.2010 unter dem Tagesordnungspunkt 1 betreffend die Wohngeldabrechnung für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 (Gesamt- und Einzelabrech-nung) bezüglich der Abrechnung der Heizkosten sowie die Entlastung der Verwaltung und der unter Tagesordnungspunkt 19 gefassten Beschlüsse werden für ungültig erklärt.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.500,00 € vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Streitwert wird auf 1.043,10 € festgesetzt.
