Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, die in der G-Straße in E im 7. Obergeschoss gelegene Wohnung mit der Nr. ## mit einer Wohnfläche von zirka 43 qm, bestehend aus einem Zimmer, einem Bad, einem Balkon, einer Kochnische, einer Diele/Flur, einem Abstellraum im Keller mit der Nr. ##, zu räumen und geräumt an die Klägerin herauszugeben.

Dem Beklagten wird eine Räumungsfrist bis zum 31.10.2011 gewährt.

Dem Beklagten fallen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zur Last.
