Tenor

wird gemäß § 278 Abs. 6 ZPO folgender Vergleich festgestellt:

1.)

Der Beklagte zahlt an die Klägerin zur Abgeltung der streitgegenständlichen Ansprüche einen Betrag von 1.951,72 €.

2.)

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 30 % und der Beklagte zu 70 %.

Die Kosten des Vergleichs werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Der Streitwert wird wie folgt festgesetzt:

a) Für den Rechtsstreit auf 2.788,17€

b) Für den Vergleich auf 2.788,17€.
