Im Wege der einstweiligen Verfügung wird auf Grund des dem Beschluss beigefügten Antrages und der eidesstattlichen Versicherung vom 17.08.2012 gemäß § 935 ZPO in Verbindung mit dem zwischen den Parteien geschlossenen Telekommunikationsvertrag (Vertrag v. 02.03.2012) und wegen der Dringlichkeit des Falles ohne vorangegangene Verhandlung angeordnet:
Der Antragsgegnerin wird aufgegeben, unverzüglich die Erreichbarkeit des Telekommunikationsanschlusses der Antragstellerin in der T-Str., C unter der Rufnummer ###### aus sämtlichen Netzen zu ermöglichen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden der Antragsgegnerin auferlegt.
Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 2.000,00 Euro festgesetzt.
