Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.283,30 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.05.2012 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten zu 80 %, der Klägerin zu 20 % auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages für die Klägerin vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung durch den Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
