Tenor

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, einer Erhöhung der Nettokaltmiete für die von ihnen innegehaltenen Wohnung in E, Q-Straße, 7. Obergeschoss links, Mietvertragsnummer: #####/####, von bisher 456,09 € nettokalt um 70,48 € nettokalt auf monatlich 526,57 € nettokalt mit Wirkung ab dem 1. Oktober 2013 zuzustimmen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Beklagten zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
