Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,1.die Bankbürgschaft der Commerzbank X mit der Nr.#########, valutierend über 3.032,10 €, an die Kläger herauszugeben sowie die Kläger als Gesamtgläubiger von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 330,28 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 13. Oktober 2014 freizustellen.Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.Auf die Widerklage werden die Kläger als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Beklagte 45,26 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 22. Juli 2014 zu zahlen sowie die Beklagte von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 70,20 € seit dem 4. September 2014 freizustellen.Im Übrigen wird die Widerklage abgewiesen.Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger als Gesamtschuldner zu 18 % und die Beklagte zu 82 %.Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Jeder Partei wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die jeweils andere Partei Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
