hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorfauf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 20.05.2015 durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht E für Recht erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagte durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
