Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.710,00 € nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.04.2015 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
