Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 4036 € nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.10.2015 sowie weitere 600,71 € nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 21.10.2015 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des jeweils beitreibbaren Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
