Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 500,00 EUR (in Worten: fünfhundert Euro ) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 250,00 EUR seit dem 01.12.2016 und aus weiteren 250,00 EUR seit dem 25.01.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird ferner verurteilt die Klägerin von den außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten ihrer Prozessbevollmächtigten in Höhe von 83,54 EUR freizustellen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
