beschlossen:

Auf Antrag der Antragstellerin vom 30.11.2017 wird gegen den Antragsgegner ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 5.000,00 EUR und, falls das Ordnungsgeld nicht beigetrieben werden kann, für je 200 EUR eine Ordnungshaft von einem Tag festgesetzt.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt der Antragsgegner.

Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 2.000,00 Euro festgesetzt.
