Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 16.08.2018 wird mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten, dass sich seine vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit nach diesem Urteil richtet.

Die Beklagte hat die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
