The Federal Labour Court dismissed the defendant state's revision against the judgment of the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Labour Court. The court's disposition contains no factual recitation because the parties waived the statement of facts and reasons under Section 313a(1) ZPO. Wird die Revision zurückgewiesen, trägt der Revisionsführer die Kosten des Revisionsverfahrens.
