The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the judgment of the Hessian LAG. Because the parties had waived the statement of facts and reasons in light of parallel case 4 AZR 50/13, the Senate issued a short judgment. The plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
