Die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht zur Entscheidung angenommen, da sie unzulässig ist. Die Beschwerdeführerin hat den Rechtsweg nicht ordnungsgemäß erschöpft (vgl. § 90 Abs. 2 Satz 1 BVerfGG), da die Erhebung einer Anhörungsrüge bei objektiver Betrachtung zur Korrektur des gerügten Grundrechtsverstoßes hätte führen können (vgl. BVerfGE 134, 106 <115>).
