Die Übergabe des Beschwerdeführers an die Behörden des Vereinigten Königreichs Großbritannien und Nordirland wird bis zur Entscheidung über die Verfassungsbeschwerde, längstens für die Dauer von zehn Tagen einstweilen ausgesetzt. Binnen dieser Frist ist die Vollmacht im Original vorzulegen.
Die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft bei dem Kammergericht in Berlin wird mit der Durchführung der einstweiligen Anordnung beauftragt.
Eine Begründung dieses Beschlusses wird nachgereicht.
