2
PER CURIAM:
Domonic Devarrise Usher appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for
a reduced sentence or compassionate release pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A). Upon
review, we conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Usher’s
motion. See United States v. Kibble, 992 F.3d 326, 329-30 (4th Cir.) (providing standard),
cert. denied, 142 S. Ct. 383 (2021). Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the
district court. United States v. Usher, No. 5:11-cr-00217-D-6 (E.D.N.C. Oct. 12, 2021).
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional
process.
AFFIRMED
