PER CURIAM:
Ronald Satish Emrit appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice
his complaint against various federal agencies for lack of jurisdiction. We conclude that
the court properly determined that Emrit’s case was not ripe because he asserted claims
based on events that had not yet occurred. See South Carolina v. United States, 912 F.3d
720, 730 (4th Cir. 2019) (“[A] plaintiff’s claim is not ripe for judicial review if it rests upon
contingent future events that may not occur as anticipated, or indeed may not occur at all.”
(internal quotation marks omitted)). Accordingly, we affirm. We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
