PER CURIAM:
Jasmen Corporation appeals from the district court’s order dismissing its claims
against Defendants as barred by the statutes of limitations. We have reviewed the record
on appeal as well as the parties’ briefs, and we find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Jasmen Corp. v. Edwards, No. 5:21-cv-
00206-M (E.D.N.C. Mar. 23, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts
and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
