PER CURIAM:
Plaintiffs appeal the district court’s order granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss
Plaintiffs’ civil complaint under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). See Horowitz v. Rosales, No.
8:19-cv-02459-DKC (D. Md. May 11, 2020).* We have reviewed the record and find no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s judgment. We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
* On appeal, Plaintiffs do not specifically challenge any of the district court’s
decisions entered after the May 11, 2020, order. We therefore deem any issues relating to
those decisions waived. 4th Cir. R. 34(b); Jackson v. Lightsey, 775 F.3d 170, 177 (4th Cir.
2014) (“The informal brief is an important document; under Fourth Circuit rules, our
review is limited to issues preserved in that brief.”).
