PER CURIAM:
Jermaine Oteaso Ogatdes Bennett appeals the district court’s orders denying his
motion for a sentence reduction under § 404(b) of the First Step Act of 2018, Pub. L. No.
115-391, 132 Stat. 5194, 5222, and denying reconsideration. We have reviewed the record
and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. United
States v. Bennett, No. 1:10-cr-00210-TDS-1 (M.D.N.C. Oct. 12, 2022; Sept. 11, 2023). We
dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional
process.
AFFIRMED
