2
PER CURIAM:
Linwood Sylvester Haskins appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42
U.S.C. § 1983 action for lack of standing and failure to state a claim. We have reviewed
the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Haskins v. Virginia, No.
3:22-cv-00456-DJN (E.D. Va. Dec. 9, 2022). We also deny Haskins’ motion to appoint
counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
AFFIRMED
