## ORDER

BEFORE:

Chief Judge Garland*, Tatel, Brown, Griffith, and Kavanaugh,

Circuit Judges; Chief Judge Lamberth, Howell, Wilkins and Boasberg,

District Judges.

By order dated April 11, 2013 Chief Judge Garland dismissed a complaint filed
against Judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. On
May 13, 2013 the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for review of the
order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Chief Judge's disposition is affirmed
and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-
Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
