ORDER AMENDING DECISION AND ORDER AND JUDGMENT

In the Decision and Order entered on August 31, 2009 (docket
#373), the Court determined, in Section V - E, page 58, that in the
Third Millennium Park project, the Puerto Rico Highway and
Transportation Authority (“PRHTA”’) owed Redondo a total of
$1,644,875.03, plus 6% legal interest. However, on the last page of
the Decision and Order and in the Judgment entered, the court wrote
that PRHTA owed Redondo $11, 644,875.33, plus 6% legal interest, due
to a typographical error.

IT IS ORDERED, that the Decision and Order entered by the
Court on August 31, 2009 (docket #373), is HEREBY amended on page

59 to read: “IT IS ORDERED that PRHTA will compensate Redondo for

the amount of $1,644,875.03, plus legal interest at 6% from
December 3, 2000, for the Project The Third Millennium Park.”

IT IS ALSO ORDERED, that the Judgment entered on same date
(docket #374), is HEREBY amended on page 2 to read “IT IS ORDERED,
ADJUDGE and DECREED that the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation
Authority is liable to Redondo Construction Corporation in the
amount of $1,644,875.03, plus legal interest at 6% from December 3,
2000, for the Project The Third Millennium Park.”

SO ORDERED.
