L’Assemblea federale della Confederazione Svizzera,
visto l’articolo 53 capoverso 3 della Costituzione federale1;
visto il messaggio del Consiglio federale dell’11 settembre 20202,
decreta:
La modifica territoriale tra i Cantoni di Berna e di Friburgo che stacca il Comune di Clavaleyres dal Cantone di Berna per aggregarlo al Cantone di Friburgo è approvata.
Data dell’entrata in vigore: 1° gennaio 2022
