221.229.11Federal Council Ordinance1 apr 1966
del 1° marzo 1966 (Stato 1° gennaio 1987)
Il Consiglio federale svizzero,
visto l’articolo 99 della legge federale del 2 aprile 19081sul contratto
d’assicurazione,
ordina:
Il Dipartimento federale di giustizia e polizia stabilisce le esigenze speciali cui deve rispondere la polizza di libero passaggio.
La presente ordinanza entra in vigore il 1° aprile 1966.
