L’Assemblea federale della Confederazione Svizzera,
visto l’articolo 130 capoverso 3 della Costituzione federale1,2
visto il messaggio del Consiglio federale del 1° maggio 19973,
decreta:
Per garantire il finanziamento dell’assicurazione per la vecchiaia e per i superstiti (AVS), le aliquote dell’imposta sul valore aggiunto sono aumentate come segue:
