Il Dipartimento federale dell’ambiente, dei trasporti, dell’energia e delle comunicazioni (DATEC),
visto l’articolo 55 capoverso 2 della legge del 30 aprile 19971sulle telecomunicazioni (LTC),
ordina:
L’Ufficio federale delle comunicazioni (UFCOM) persegue e giudica le infrazioni di cui agli articoli 52 e 53 LTC ed esegue le relative decisioni.
L’UFCOM persegue e giudica le infrazioni di cui agli articoli 14–17 della legge federale del 22 marzo 19742sul diritto penale amministrativo (DPA) ed esegue le relative decisioni.
L’ordinanza del DATEC del 15 dicembre 19973concernente la delega della competenza di punire le contravvenzioni alle leggi federali sulle telecomunicazioni e sulla radiotelevisione è abrogata.
La presente ordinanza entra in vigore il 1° gennaio 2021.
