Il Consiglio federale svizzero
e
il Governo della Repubblica di Turchia,
desiderosi di facilitare e di regolamentare i trasporti su strada di persone e di merci tra i due Paesi, come pure il transito sul rispettivo territorio, nel quadro della loro propria legislazione,
hanno convenuto quanto segue:
