Il Consiglio misto,
visto il ritiro del Portogallo dall’Associazione europea di libero scambio in seguito all’adesione di questo Paese alle Comunità Europee,
desiderosi di continuare a promuovere, in questo contesto, lo sviluppo dell’industria portoghese e di permettere perciò al Fondo AELS di sviluppo industriale in favore del Portogallo di proseguire le sue attività,
visto il paragrafo 5 (a) della Decisione del Consiglio n. 4 del 19762,
vista l’imminente adesione della Finlandia alla Convenzione,
visto l’Accordo,
decide:
