LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,
visto il regolamento (CE) n. 1784/2003 del Consiglio, del 29 settembre 2003, relativo all’organizzazione comune dei mercati nel settore dei cereali 1 , in particolare l’articolo 6,
considerando quanto segue:
(1) Il regolamento (CE) n. 990/2006 della Commissione 2 ha aperto gare permanenti per l’esportazione di cereali detenuti dagli organismi di intervento degli Stati membri.
(2) Per alcuni cereali oggetto delle suddette gare, gli operatori economici non presentano più offerte da varie settimane, eccetto alcune offerte recenti per quantitativi modesti, motivate dalle condizioni più favorevoli di rivendita sul mercato interno in virtù del regolamento (CE) n. 1483/2006 della Commissione, del 6 ottobre 2006, relativo all’apertura di gare permanenti per la rivendita sul mercato comunitario di cereali detenuti dagli organismi d’intervento degli Stati membri 3 . Durante questo periodo sono notevolmente aumentate le rivendite sul mercato interno.
(3) Vista la situazione e al fine di rendere disponibili per la rivendita sul mercato interno i quantitativi di frumento tenero e di orzo attualmente bloccati nell’ambito delle gare permanenti di cui al regolamento (CE) n. 990/2006, è opportuno ridurre i quantitativi oggetto di queste gare di 968 t per la Repubblica ceca, di 199 946 t per l’Ungheria e di 91 t per la Slovacchia, per quanto riguarda il frumento tenero, nonché di 342 t per la Lituania, di 19 011 t per l’Ungheria e di 356 t per la Polonia, relativamente all’orzo.
(4) Occorre pertanto modificare in tal senso il regolamento (CE) n. 990/2006.
(5) Le misure previste dal presente regolamento sono conformi al parere del comitato di gestione per i cereali,
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
L’allegato I del regolamento (CE) n. 990/2006 è sostituito dall’allegato del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno della pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea .
