che adegua il regolamento (CEE) n. 3149/92 recante modalità d'esecuzione delle forniture di derrate alimentari provenienti dalle scorte d'intervento a favore degli indigenti nella Comunità, in seguito all'adesione della Bulgaria e della Romania all'Unione europea
LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato di adesione della Bulgaria e della Romania,
visto l’atto di adesione della Bulgaria e della Romania, in particolare l'articolo 56,
considerando quanto segue:
(1) Il regolamento (CEE) n. 3149/92 della Commissione 1 contiene diciture in tutte le lingue della Comunità, nella sua composizione al 31 dicembre 2006. È opportuno inserirvi le diciture in bulgaro e in rumeno.
(2) Occorre pertanto modificare di conseguenza il regolamento (CEE) n. 3149/92,
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
L'allegato del regolamento (CEE) n. 3149/92 è sostituito dal testo che figura nell'allegato del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno della pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea .
Esso si applica a decorrere dal 1 o gennaio 2007.
Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri. Fatto a Bruxelles, il 27 febbraio 2007. Per la Commissione Mariann FISCHER BOEL Membro della Commissione
