LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,
visto il regolamento (CE) n. 1255/1999 del Consiglio, del 17 maggio 1999, relativo all'organizzazione comune dei mercati nel settore del latte e dei prodotti lattiero-caseari 1 , in particolare l'articolo 31, paragrafo 3,
considerando quanto segue:
(1) Il regolamento (CE) n. 386/2008 della Commissione 2 ha fissato le restituzioni all'esportazione nel settore del latte e dei prodotti lattiero-caseari.
(2) Occorre tenere conto delle modifiche della nomenclatura dei prodotti agricoli per le restituzioni all'esportazione nel settore del latte e dei prodotti lattiero-caseari introdotte dal regolamento (CE) n. 1499/2007, recante pubblicazione, per il 2008, della nomenclatura dei prodotti agricoli per le restituzioni all'esportazione stabilita dal regolamento (CEE) n. 3846/87 3 . Occorre pertanto rettificare di conseguenza l'allegato del regolamento (CE) n. 386/2008. Per motivi di chiarezza è opportuno che dette rettifiche si applichino a decorrere dalla data di entrata in vigore del regolamento (CE) n. 386/2008,
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
L'allegato del regolamento (CE) n. 386/2008 è sostituito dal testo dell'allegato del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno della pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea .
Esso si applica a decorrere dall'entrata in vigore del regolamento (CE) n. 386/2008.
