SAMUEL W. FRANK MEMORIAL DAM - DESIGNATION
                 Act of Dec. 12, 1984, P.L. 985, No. 198              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a dam in Allentown, Lehigh County, as the Samuel W.
        Frank Memorial Dam.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The structure under reconstruction at the site of
     the Hamilton Street Dam in Allentown, Lehigh County, shall, upon
     completion, be known as the Samuel W. Frank Memorial Dam.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
