PENNSYLVANIA WAR VETERANS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY - DESIGNATION
                 Act of Dec. 5, 1988, P.L. 1112, No. 137              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating the Route 56 By-Pass in Westmoreland County,
        Pennsylvania, as the Pennsylvania War Veterans Memorial
        Highway.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The Route 56 By-Pass in Westmoreland County is
     hereby designated and shall be known as the Pennsylvania War
     Veterans Memorial Highway.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain road signs, which shall display the name Pennsylvania
     War Veterans Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of
     the section of the highway designated in section 1.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
