AN ACT

Designating Exit 43 of Interstate Route 80 as the Richard Petty Exit.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Exit 43 of Interstate Route 80 is designated as the Richard Petty Exit.

Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the exit in subsection (a) as the Richard Petty Exit.

Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
