AN ACT
Designating a section of SR 28 in Armstrong County and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The section of SR 28 from Kittanning in Armstrong County to the City of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County is designated and shall be known as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as Alexander H. Lindsay Highway.
Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
