AN ACT

Designating State Routes 3035 and 3033 in Robesonia Borough, Heidelberg Township, North Heidelberg Township and Penn Township, Berks County, as the Captain David Eric Pannabecker POW-MIA Memorial Highway.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Captain David Eric Pannabecker POW-MIA Memorial Highway.

(a) Designation.--The highway that consists of State Routes 3035 and 3033 in Robesonia Borough, Heidelberg Township, North Heidelberg Township and Penn Township, Berks County, from U.S. Route 422, in Robesonia Borough, to Pennsylvania Route 183, in Penn Township, is hereby designated the Captain David Eric Pannabecker POW-MIA Memorial Highway.

(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to traffic in both directions on the highway.

Section 2. Effective date.

This act shall take effect immediately.
