Spruch

I.Der Antrag gemäß Art140 Abs1 Z1 litd BVG wird zurückgewiesen.

II.Der Antrag auf Bewilligung der Verfahrenshilfe zur Stellung eines Antrages gemäß Art140 Abs1 Z1 litc BVG und im Umfang des §64 Abs1 Z1 lita ZPO zur Antragstellung gemäß Art140 Abs1 Z1 litd BVG wird zurückgewiesen.
