Entraide judiciaire internationale en matière pénale avec l'Espagne,
recours de droit administratif contre l'ordonnance de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre d'accusation, du 6 septembre 2004.
Le Président, considérant:
Que le 29 avril 2004, le Juge d'instruction du canton de Genève comme autorité d'exécution d'une demande d'entraide présentée par le Royaume d'Espagne, a rendu une décision de clôture partielle de la procédure;
Que le 6 septembre 2004, la Chambre d'accusation du canton de Genève a rejeté le recours formé par X.________ contre cette décision;
Que X.________ a formé un recours de droit administratif le 25 octobre 2004;
Qu'il a retiré le recours le 15 novembre 2004;
Qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle;
Qu'il se justifie de mettre à la charge du recourant un émolument réduit (cf. art. 72 PCF, applicable par renvoi de l'art. 40 OJ);
Qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'allouer des dépens (art. 159 OJ);
Ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours; la cause 1A.248/2004 est rayée du rôle.
2.
Un émolument de 1000 fr. est mis à la charge du recourant.

La présente odonnance est communiquée en copie au mandataire du recourant, au Juge d'instruction et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre d'accusation, ainsi qu'à l'Office fédéral de la justice, Division des affaires internationales, Section de l'entraide judiciaire internationale.
