dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Das Verfahren 1B_309/2013 wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer sowie der Staatsanwaltschaft und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
